A new study is shedding light on why eating too much red meat could be hurting your health. A red meat chemical called carnitine that is broken down in the stomach has been shown to cause a chain reaction increasing one’s cholesterol. During inclement weather, if either Urbandale or Waukee schools cancel classes, BOTH Max Life locations will be closed for the morning and Noon classes.  If weather is questionable overnight, our status will be updated by 4 A.M.
